Product Description

 Disposable infusion set is also one of regular products in our factory.

     It consists of closure piercing device, fluid channel, drip chamber, tube, flow regular and some other parts.

    The closure piercing device can be inserted into the container. Due to its sharp object, we prepare a protective cap to avoid accident injury. It is made of medical class ABS. In this model, there is an integral air inlet with air filter and closure. If you don't open the air inlet, then the fluid will not drop down. And if you open it, the fluid will drop down with the speed of 20drops/milliliter. There is an air filter which helps to prevent the ingress of microorganisms into the container. The drip chamber is made of medical grade PVC. The tubing is also made of PVC, which is transparent enough for users to see the interface and water during the passage of air bubbles. We provide the length of 1.6m, 1.5m, and you can choose any length, including the injection site, when provided, and the male conical fitting. In addition, on the premise that the total length of the infusion set is not less than 1.6m, the length from distal end to drip chamber including injection site and male conical fitting can be less than 1.5m, but shall be more than 1.25m. Low regulator can adjust the flow of fluid from container to injection site inside, and there are four kinds of injection site-straight port, bulb port, 2 Y-port.

    We can provide individual package of blister pack or PE bag as show on Picture 1. Inner box can be made of corrugated paper like Picure 2 and grey board paper of 450g like Picture 3.
