Its core feature is that it has no welds and the cross section is continuously closed, so it has higher strength, pressure resistance and deformation resistance. ‌Raw material processing‌
Round tube billets are cut into billets of about 1 meter and softened in a high-temperature heating furnace (fuel is hydrogen/acetylene)‌.

‌Piercing forming‌
Piercing is performed using a tapered roller piercing machine, which is highly efficient and can process a variety of steel types to form a rough tube‌.

‌Rolling and sizing‌
‌Hot rolling process‌: The rough tube is subjected to three-roller oblique rolling, continuous rolling or extrusion, which is suitable for structural parts and fluid transportation‌.
‌Cold rolling/cold drawing process‌: After annealing, pickling, and multiple stretching, which is used for mechanical precision parts‌.
