2、How to calculate the number of tiles neededQuantity
For example: If your bathroom floor area is 5 square meters, how much tile do you need to purchase? How is the calculation performed?
Actual wall area = (Floor area multiplied by √4) multiplied by the room height minus the area of doors and windows.
For example, if the floor area is 5 square meters, then the required area for interior wall tiles is: 5 * √5 * 4 * 2.5 (average use height) = 22 square meters.
3. Calculation method for the number of inner wall tile lines
First, the designer or the installer should measure the total length of the waistline to be applied. The calculation method is:
Total number of sheets required = Waistline length (m) ÷ Length of single sheet's waistline (m)
For example: If the waistline length is 8m and the selected waistline specification is 80mm x 300mm, then the total number of pieces = 8 ÷ 0.3 = 26.66... = 27 (pieces).
When ordering, the quantity is typically calculated per sheet. If there are any fractional amounts, they are usually rounded up to the nearest whole number.
