1. First, we need to identify the approximate area of water leakage on the exterior wall. If there is water leakage from a specific point inside, the corresponding area on the exterior wall should be the upper portion of the wall within that range. Since rainwater leakage on the exterior wall will naturally flow downwards through the gaps. Therefore, we can initially identify this area.
2、Because we are performing repairs on the exterior walls, we need to take appropriate measures. If the distance from the ground is very low, we can use scaffolding, but for high-rise buildings, we need to use appropriate lifting tools to complete the exterior wall construction.
3. For cracked exterior wall tiles, the cracked tiles must be replaced and new tiles must be properly adhered. For exterior wall tile joints, first clean the gaps, then apply sealant in the tile joints to seal the gaps. Alternatively, exterior-specific grout can be used to create a seamless finish for the tile joints. This effectively solves the problem of water leakage in exterior wall tiles.

After waterproofing and repairing the exterior walls, apply waterproof coating to the interior walls.

However, for interior walls, waterproofing coatings should not be the same as those typically used in bathrooms. Instead, penetrating waterproofing coatings should be used to prevent moisture and water damage to the interior walls caused by leaks from the exterior wall bricks.
