One, how to cut micro-crystal stone
1、Handheld cutting
First, cut through the surface of the microcrystalline stone, and then cut the ceramic substrate of the microcrystalline stone tiles. Ensure a stable and even cut, and provide sufficient water during cutting to prevent the blade from overheating and warping. Warped blades will cause excessive vibration during cutting, which can lead to cracking of the microcrystalline stone.

2、Using a bench saw for cutting
While handheld cutting methods are convenient, they can be difficult to control when cutting crystalline rocks. Stationary cutting saws effectively eliminate this issue.
Place the crystal tile on a cutting table, then align the saw blade with the marked cutting line to cut. When using a table saw to cut the crystal tile to its end, be sure to reduce the speed to prevent chipping and cracking.
3、Waterjet cutting
If the curved crystalline stone tiles require cutting, it is best to use a water saw. Similarly, if you need to create a void in the middle of the crystalline stone tiles, a water saw is the only option.
Two. Precautions for cutting microcrystalline stone
1、Due to the 2-3mm crystalline surface of the microcrystalline stone, it is essential to maintain a consistent cutting speed to prevent minor chipping or unevenness of the microcrystalline stone tiles.
2. When using portable or stationary equipment to cut crystal tiles, it is necessary to ensure an adequate supply of cooling water, and the cooling water must be directed at the cutting point. If the cutting point does not have sufficient cooling water, it will cause the saw blade to overheat and spark, affecting the quality of cutting crystal tiles and also accelerating the wear and tear of the saw blade.
