Summary: Water leakage in vehicle bodies can reduce the corrosion protection performance and even affect the use of the vehicle. Coating and adhesive application is an important process for preventing vehicle water leakage. This document introduces the management and control methods for coating and adhesive application, covering the entire process from process review, risk identification and management, key requirements, and quality control, to improve the sealing performance of the vehicle body and reduce the occurrence of water leakage.
