Corrosion-Resistant Pph Pipe Plastic Pipe for Chemical Industry

PP-H: β-crystalline homopolymer polypropylene. It is formed by the polymerization of a single propylene monomer. The molecular chain does not contain ethylene monomer, and the material has a high crystallinity.
Chemical Resistance: Among all polypropylene pipes, experiments have proved that PPH pipes have the strongest chemical resistance. They can withstand various acid and alkali corrosion at high temperatures.
Longevity: PPH pipes have a longer service life.

Temperature Resistance: According to actual application conditions, the temperature range applicable to PPH pipes is from -20℃ to +110℃.
Pressure Resistance: Among all polypropylene materials used in pipeline systems, PPH pipes have the highest pressure resistance performance (MRS10).
Transportability: The pipe wall is smooth, and the friction coefficient is small.
Workability: It is lightweight, easy to transport, easy to bend, and the construction operation is simple. The connection is safe and reliable.
Connection Methods: Heat fusion socket connection, heat fusion butt welding.
