Seamless carbon steel pipes are crafted from steel ingots or solid billets, transformed into capillaries through precise perforation, followed by hot-rolling, cold-rolling, or cold-drawing processes. Starting with a round tube blank as the raw material, it's expertly cut into billets approximately one meter long, which are then ushered into a furnace via a conveyor belt for optimal heating. Within the furnace, these billets are heated to an impressive 1200 degrees Celsius, utilizing either hydrogen or acetylene as fuel. Meticulous control of the furnace temperature is paramount for quality assurance. As the round tube blank exits the furnace, it undergoes pressure punching through an efficient conical roller punching machine, well-regarded for its outstanding production efficiency and superior product quality. This method accommodates a wide range of perforation and diameter expansion, adeptly handling various steel grades. Post-perforation, the round tube blank undergoes further transformation by cross-rolling, continuous rolling, or extrusion using a three-roll process.
