Product Description

The use of the abrasion layer greatly improves the abrasion resistance of the pipes during slurry and solidmedium conveying and thus prolongs the service life of the pipes.It is recognized that UHMW PE pipe has superabrasion resistance performance.Compared with the UHMW PE pipe,this series of products have the much moreexcellent abrasion resistance performance and reduce the mortar abrasion rate by more than ten times.Thus,this series of products can be widely used for conveying the solids,liquid-solid mixtures,gas powder and slurry etc., which may severely corrode the pipes and result in acid,alkaline and salt corrosion.
Connection Method







Strong deformation resistance
Better ability to resist foundation settlement. When the pipeline withstands pressure, there will be no pressure relief under certain bends.
High composite strength
Polyethylene and coated steel wire are composited with special modified materials, with a composite strength of ≥15N/mm.


Low overall cost
The pressure-bearing pipe mainly relies on steel wire, thereby reducing the consumption of polyethylene raw materials and having obvious cost advantages. It can be connected outside the ditch, reducing the amount of earthwork excavation, making the connection quick and reducing construction costs. The pipe is lightweight and has low dependence on large equipment.
Easy to transport and construct
Flexible pipes can be cut to different lengths as needed, and the number of joints is greatly reduced. The dead weight of the pipe is about 1/2 of the steel pipe and 1/3 of the cement pipe, which reduces the frequency of use of large-scale installation equipment.
