In the realm of drinking water infrastructure, the conventional choices like cement mortar ductile iron pipes, plastic-coated steel pipes, and PE pipes frequently encounter challenges such as microbial proliferation, yellowing due to pipeline corrosion, scaling on the inner walls, and diminished water transmission capacity. Connection Method
Our universal black pipes seamlessly come together using industry-standard electrofusion and butt-fusion welding techniques. Plus, we offer a unique range of Redman™ hydraulic compression fittings and compatible mechanical fittings.
Anti-scaling property
Drawing on the principle of 'lotus leaf hydrophobic', our PEX water pipes utilize organic polymers and special processes to elevate the water contact angle on the pipeline surface to 111° (standard control ≥105°), significantly surpassing ordinary polyethylene's 88°-92°. This enhancement improves surface smoothness, reduces calcium and magnesium ion adsorption, and lowers energy consumption. The anti-scaling and antibacterial properties synergize to ensure genuine antibacterial effectiveness, preventing non-contact failures between the antibacterial layer and fluid caused by scaling. (Water contact angle: the angle of water droplets on the material surface, 90° < water contact angle < 180° indicates hydrophobicity.)
Hydrophobic patency
Compared to conventional plastic pipes, our PEX water pipes offer a smoother inner wall, reduced flow resistance, and heightened water transmission capacity. The inner wall smoothness exceeds that of traditional polyethylene pipes, addressing the issue of increased energy consumption during prolonged pipe network operations. Anti-bacterial Performance
Our PEX water pipes incorporate ionic antibacterial agents on the inner wall. Tested by Guangdong Microbiological Analysis and Testing Center per JC/T939-2004 standards, the antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exceeds 99.99%. This ensures the elimination of microorganisms on the tube wall, prevents microbial film formation, and offers a permanent antibacterial effect.
Terrain adaptability
The flexibility of our PEX water pipes allows for adaptive laying under pressure, reducing the need for additional fittings and accommodating terrain adjustments during settling.
