Product Description
FRP extruded profiles are composite materials made of glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP). They have excellent corrosion resistance, light weight, high strength, good dimensional stability, low thermal conductivity, and good insulation properties, making them suitable for structural applications in harsh environments.
Its production adopts the extrusion molding process. Fiberglass yarn bundles are impregnated with resin and pulled into molds for molding, then heated and cured to form profiles with stable cross-sections, such as square tubes, round tubes, I-beams, angle steels, etc. These profiles come in various specifications, with common sizes including 20x20 mm, 30x30 mm, 50x50 mm, and 100x100 mm. The thickness, color, and strength can be customized according to specific needs.
