Fiberglass cable protection conduit (FRP cable conduit) is made of high-performance composite materials, which have four core advantages: corrosion resistance, high strength, insulation flame retardancy, and lightweight convenience. Its service life is up to 50 years, which can resist acid, alkali, salt spray and moisture erosion. The ring stiffness is ≥ 12.5kN/m ², the compressive performance is excellent, the oxygen index is ≥ 28, and the flame retardant level reaches UL94 V-0 standard, ensuring the safe operation of the cable. The product diameter covers DN50-DN300, with a pressure rating of 0.6-2.5MPa, weighing only 1/4 of steel pipes, and increasing installation efficiency by more than 60%. 1. Material preparation
Mix resin, curing agent, and glass fiber (short cut felt/continuous yarn).
2. Forming
Immersed fiber spiral winding mold (CNC controlled angle and tension)
3. Curing
Heat (60-80 ℃) or cure at room temperature for 2-8 hours.
4. Demoulding and trimming
Cut and polish the edges after demolding, and apply a protective layer if necessary.
5. Quality inspection
Test the stiffness and hardness of the testing ring, and package it after passing the inspection (4m/6m standard length).
