Polyurethane insulated steel pipe

Polyurethane insulated pipe: composite of working steel pipe, polyurethane insulation and outer sheath, for medium thermal insulation and pipe protection.It reduces transportation heat loss via polyurethane foam's low thermal conductivity. 

Outer sheath protects insulation from moisture, air, UV, etc., extending life and ensuring safe, efficient operation.

Insulation thickness: 30-150mm (per medium/ambient temperature, insulation needs).

Components: working steel pipe (medium), glass wool insulation, aluminum foil reflective layer, stainless steel fastening belt, sliding guide bracket, air insulation layer, outer protective steel pipe, outer anti-corrosion layer.

Outer protective pipe: larger diameter (for insulation/other layers), multiple specs; OD DN100-DN1800, wall thickness ~3-10mm.

Insulation: polyurethane 15-100mm (per medium temp, insulation needs, environment).

Prefabricated insulated steel pipe

 prefabricated direct buried insulation pipe: good insulation materials need low thermal conductivity, damp/heat resistance, no metal corrosion, light weight, voids, mechanical strength (anti-external force), easy processing, low cost.

Common materials: expanded perlite, glass wool, rock wool, microporous calcium silicate, aluminum silicate fiber, foam plastics, foam asbestos. Insulation thickness: varies by material/usage (e.g., polyurethane 15-100mm; rock wool 30-100mm).

Outer sheath: steel (larger than working pipe, OD DN100-DN1800, wall 3-10mm); polyethylene/others (specs per design, e.g., polyethylene wall 2-10mm).

Rockwool insulation steel pipe

Rock wool insulated steel pipe: steel-based with rock wool insulation layer (wrapped outside) and outer protective layer, for insulated fluid transport. It reduces medium heat loss/absorption via rock wool's low thermal conductivity, saving energy and stabilizing medium temperature. The outer layer protects insulation from environmental damage, extending service life.
