Galvanized anti-corrosion steel pipes:made by immersing in molten zinc to form a zinc layer for anti-corrosion.

The zinc layer, as a sacrificial anode, oxidizes before the steel matrix to protect it; even if partially damaged, surrounding zinc still provides electrochemical protection for exposed steel.

 International standards: GB/T 3091 Q195/Q215/Q235/Q345, BS 1387, EN 39, EN 1139 S235JR/S275JR, ASTM A53 GR. A/B/C.

Galvanized layer: 120~500 g/m² (30~70 microns).

2PE anti-corrosion spiral steel pipes: with inner and outer layers coated with high-quality polyethylene via a special anti-corrosion process, have strong chemical corrosion and wear resistance due to polymer anti-corrosion and protective layers.

They are widely used in petroleum, natural gas, chemical industry, water supply, etc.

Coating thickness: bottom adhesive ~0.1-0.3mm, outer polyethylene layer ~1.8-3.0mm (adjustable per engineering needs).
