Properties: HDPE/PP/PVC horizontal type DWC pipe extrusion line produced by Jwell has many patents. Full automatic control, running stable, high capacity. HDPE/PP material use high efficient single screw extruder, and PVC material use conical twin screw extruder or parrallel twin screw extruder. Horizontal type corrugator adopt advanced shuttle-type structure, closed water cooling system, on-line belling. Whole line is controlled by PLC computer.

2. Double gear drive, independent running track
The driving gear is changed from a single gear drive to a double gear drive, so that the upper and lower sides of the sliding seat are stressed at the same time, which reduces the uneven force during operation and makes the module operation more stable.

3. Add a special tractor
The signal control of the tractor comes from the cutting machine, ensuring the synchronization and accuracy of the pipe cutting moment; reducing miscutting;

4. Cooling water circulation
The module is fully sealed with pressure water cooling, which prevents leakage and rust, extending the service life of the equipment.
The cooling water circulation system is changed from a single-row roller chain to a double-row roller chain, which makes the pipeline circulation more stable and the pipe socket no longer tilts.
5. Stacker weighing system
During the production process, individual pipes are weighed in real time and the meter weight of the pipe is monitored.
