PLASTIC PIPES

Plastic pipes are hollow pipe products made of synthetic resin as the main raw material, with appropriate amount of additives added through extrusion, injection molding and other processes. It mainly replaces traditional metal and concrete pipes, and is used in liquid, gas transportation and cable protection. It has the advantages of light weight, corrosion resistance and easy processing. Common plastic pipes include PVC pipes, PE pipes, PPR pipes, etc.

The most prominent features of plastic pipes are light weight, easy installation and excellent comprehensive performance. The inner wall of plastic pipes is smooth, the fluid resistance is small, and it also has the characteristics of insulation, heat preservation and long service life. Some modified plastic pipes can even withstand high temperature and high pressure to meet the needs of special working conditions.

LIGHTWEIGHT AND HIGH STRENGTH

Plastic pipes weigh only 1/8-1/4 of metal pipes, making them easier to transport and construct. However, they can still withstand higher pressures through enhanced modification, meeting a variety of engineering needs.

LOW FLUID RESISTANCE
