MC   cable

MC cable, also known as metal armored cable, consists of multiple conductors, and its outer layer is wrapped with aluminum interlocking bands for armor or corrugated metal sheathing. This structure provides significant mechanical protection for the circuit, making this cable suitable for various indoor and outdoor environments. 

The MC cable demonstrates remarkable flexibility in practical applications, being able to withstand physical impacts and compression, and easily pass through complex environments such as walls and corners. The MC cable is an armored rubber flexible cable for coal mining machines. It is used for power connections of coal mining machines with rated voltages of 0.38/0.66KV, 0.66/1.14KV, and 1.9/3.3KV, as well as similar equipment.

The outermost protective layer (sheath) of the cable is made of rubber material, and the conductor is usually formed by twisting multiple thin copper wires together. MC cables have the properties of resisting mechanical impact, compression, bending and fire retardancy. The working conditions are rated voltage U0/U 0.38/0.66KV, with a minimum bending radius of 6 times the cable diameter, and the ground wire core should be properly grounded. The power supply cable for the coal mining machine uses a towing device to avoid breaking or damaging it.
