I. General Characteristics
PVC fiber reinforced hose is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as the basic material, embedded with high strength polyester fiber braid layer, combining lightness and durability, it features water resistance, oil resistance, weather resistance and other properties, economical and easy to maintain, widely used in industry, agriculture, family,municipal engineering and other scenarios of fluid transportation.
II. Structure Analysis
1. Inner hose:
smooth PVC material, strong chemical stability, resistance to general chemical corrosion, low fluid resistance, to protect the conveying efficiency.
2. Reinforcement layer:
high-strength polyester fiber precision braided reinforcement layer, to enhance the pressure resistance capacity of the hose (working pressure of 4-10bar) and anti-deformation properties, to prevent the hose from expanding or twisting.
3. Outer hose:
wear-resistant and weather-resistant PVC protective layer, scratch-resistant, UV-resistant, colors, lines or printed logos can be customized, easy to distinguish the use.
III. Core Advantages
