1. When using large-diameter grinding machines to grind rough granite, the marble grinding depth can be controlled between 1mm and 2mm. At the same time, the feed rate should be reduced. When the line speed of the stone grinding machine is large, a larger cutting depth should be selected. However, within the limits of the machine's performance and the cutting tool's strength, it is advisable to maximize the cutting depth. When specific requirements exist for the surface of the stone grinding machine, a smaller cutting depth should be used.
2. After polishing the marble, first use a vacuum cleaner to remove moisture from the surface. Simultaneously, use a drying machine to dry the entire marble surface. Alternatively, natural air drying can be used to maintain a dry surface. While evenly spraying the solution, use a marble polishing machine to grind, and use a cleaning machine with a red pad to spray an equal amount of water onto the surface, then start grinding. The heat energy causes the crystalline material formed on the marble surface to crystallize, resulting in the surface effect.
3. For large-pore stone, apply a marble protection agent, then re-polish the surface to increase the overall surface hardness. After the stone surface forms a crystal-like mirror finish, use a vacuum cleaner to remove any remaining debris and moisture, followed by polishing with a polishing pad to completely dry and brighten the surface. If any areas are damaged, they can be repaired locally. once the work is complete, the surface is ready for use.
