One、How to install the corner valve in the bathroom?
1. First, thoroughly clean any debris, dirt, or foreign materials from the connection points, ensuring the substrate and jamb are clean. Then, insert the decorative cover into the inlet of the jamb.

2. After installing the decorative cover, wrap the raw material band around the threaded end of the corner valve, but pay attention to the wrapping direction of the band. Generally, it should be rotated counterclockwise to the left. When wrapping, make sure to tighten the band firmly so that it adheres closely to the threads. The tighter, the better. If it is not wrapped tightly, it will be difficult to fix. After wrapping, remember to tighten it by hand.
3. There are no strict requirements regarding the number of wraps of the raw material band; as long as it can be tightly wound and does not leak, it is generally necessary to wrap it several times (typically more than 10) to ensure its sealing effect.
4. After winding the raw material, insert the angle valve into the pre-buried pipe in the base, rotating it clockwise until it is tightened. Adjust the angle valve's outlet angle. The rotation direction of the angle valve should be opposite to the winding direction of the raw material, ensuring that it tightens as it is rotated, preventing loosening. However, the angle valve should not be rotated too tightly to avoid affecting its future use and maintenance.
II. Installation Precautions for Bathroom Corner Edges
1、It is recommended to have a professional install the corner valve in the bathroom, and to ensure it is installed in a location with good drainage to prevent potential damage.
2、Before installing the bathroom corner valve, be sure to clean any sand and debris from the connection points of the drain pipes to prevent obstruction and potential leaks.
3. When installing bathroom corner valves, do not use your hands to hold and rotate the valve handle to tighten. Instead, place several layers of cloth or paper towels (or similar cushioning material) around the valve body before using a wrench to tighten it. If you tighten the valve directly with a wrench without any cushioning material, it may scratch the surface of the valve, affecting its appearance.
4、After installing the bathroom corner valve, open the main water supply valve and check for any leaks or other issues. It typically takes about 15 minutes of water pressure to confirm proper operation. If the corner valve was not installed with the water supply, close the valve.
