2. According to the dimensions of the urinals, the top edge of the urinal should be 1020mm from the finished floor surface, and the water inlet height should be 970mm. The bottom edge of the water inlet pipe in the urinal should be 100mm below the bottom edge of the sensor box, and the height of the sensor box should be 1070mm.
3. After confirming the installation height, according to the drawing dimensions, determine the final wall surface level by considering a 30mm clearance from the exterior of the structural wall, accounting for the thickness of the facing tiles. Also, mark the positions for the floor drains on the wall.
4. According to the position of the outlet and inlet, pre-drill holes with a diameter of 150mm, which facilitates the installation of pipes. The outlet and inlet of the outlet are threaded, and a 150mm diameter hole should be pre-drilled outside the outlet installation location. After installing the pipes and outlet, it allows for easy insertion of hands into the wall cavity to install the threaded connections.
5、Installation Details:
(1) According to the on-site dimensions, connect the sanitary fixtures and piping, and connect the pre-reserved water supply pipe to the inlet of the sensor, and connect the outlet of the sensor to the inlet of the urinal.
(2) Install PVC drainage pipes between the outlet connectors and theUrinal outlet, install the protective box on the sensor box to prevent cement mortar from entering and damaging components. Fill the box with mortar, allow it to solidify, and then proceed with the next installation.
6、The mortar sets, and the pre-installed inlet and outlet are installed in the toilet. The toilet is then hung on the pre-installed hooks. After verifying that the installation height is correct, tighten the screws using the pre-drilled holes in the wall.
7. Test the urinal for leaks, ensuring that the pipes are sealed and do not leak. Apply sealant to the wall and inside the urinal, remove the sensor protection box, and install the sensor panel so that it is level with the wall.
