One, what isResponsive sanitary ware

Smart sanitary ware refers to the collective term for intelligent, water-saving products for sanitary ware systems. Its products include: infrared faucets, infrared urinals, infrared bidets, infrared showers, toilet water-saving devices, and infrared soap dispensers. The differences between infrared urinals, infrared faucets, infrared bidets, and infrared showers primarily lie in their product structure, appearance, intended use, and design specifications for water flow and duration. They all utilize the same control principle, which involves infrared sensing and pulse electromagnetic valves for intelligent control. New types of infrared products are emerging, and it is expected that technological advancements will continue to evolve.

Due to its infrared sensing principle, this product enables "non-contact" control of water flow, effectively reducing the spread of bacteria and preventing cross-contamination while maintaining a clean environment. This makes it widely used in public places such as hospitals, schools, hotels, and offices. Furthermore, due to the government's emphasis on green and sustainable practices, the product has undergone technological improvements, further reducing its cost. Its smart, hygienic, water-saving, and high-value features have once again made it highly sought after, leading to its widespread adoption in public spaces.

II. Control principle of induction-based sanitary ware

1、Infrared sensing fixtures

This system utilizes the principle of infrared reflection. When the human hand or a portion of the body is within the infrared zone, the infrared emitter emits infrared light, which is reflected by the human hand or body back to the infrared receiver. The signals processed by the microcomputer within the integrated circuit are then transmitted to the solenoid valve. Upon receiving the signal, the solenoid valve opens the valve to control the water flow. When the human hand or body leaves the infrared sensing range, the solenoid valve does not receive the signal, and the internal spring mechanism of the solenoid valve resets to control the water shut-off.

2、Capacitive induction cleaning equipment

This product is an inductive sensor-based cleaning device that detects and removes dirt by sensing the minute electrical charge generated by the human body. This technology is relatively advanced, and only products with TCK technology possess this patent.

3、Microwave-Compatible Fixtures

This product detects water flow by analyzing the different wave patterns of water flowing over the surface of an object, thereby issuing the flushing command. It is primarily used in men's restrooms, and only activates when water is actually flowing, effectively saving water.
