I.Bathroom sinkHow to clean it if it gets dirty?
1、How to clean ceramic sinks
For ceramic sinks, stains often accumulate underneath, forming a yellow layer that is difficult to remove. For ceramic materials, we can apply lemon slices to the surface. After one minute, the sink can be cleaned with water and restored to its original white appearance. If the stains are stubborn, we can use diluted bleach. Dampen a towel with bleach and gently wipe the sink, then rinse thoroughly with water.

2、Cleaning of silicone and silicone-based adhesives
At the joints between the sink and countertop, we typically use silicone or glass glue, which can become moldy and turn black over time, making the entire surface unsightly. In such cases, we can only remove it with a knife and clean it with water, and then apply high-quality silicone. For this area, it is best to use mold-resistant silicone.
3、Cleaning of glass countertop
For glass sinks, we recommend gently wiping them with a towel, ideally made of pure cotton. You can also use mild detergents for cleaning. Additionally, glass cleaning solutions can help maintain a clean and shiny surface. Please note that hot water should not be poured into glass sinks.
4、Cleaning stainless steel sinks
Stainless steel sinks are relatively easy to clean; simply wipe them down with dish soap and water. However, it is important to note that stainless steel sinks should not be cleaned with stainless steel wool, as this can easily scratch the surface.
Two. How to clean the sink effectively?
1、Old stockings can make faucets shine: Wring out the old stockings, rub the faucet root several times from left to right, which can remove the parts that even sponges or brushes cannot reach. For heavily soiled areas, you can clean them with toothpaste and they will be as good as new.
2、Removing grime from sink drains using paper towel roll: Clean the sink drain, using a paper towel roll that fits perfectly. Cut one side into thirds and make 3-4 slits, then insert it into the drain and rotate it back and forth. The grooves on the roll can effectively remove grime or stickiness from the inside of the drain.
3. Spraying vinegar solution can prevent dirt and odors: Mix vinegar and water in a 1:5 ratio and pour the resulting solution into a spray bottle. Spray on sinks or toilets to prevent dirt from sticking and to eliminate odors.
4、Tile Basin Rust Removal: Tile basins in bathrooms are most susceptible to showing signs of a dirty bathroom. Over time, the metal and ceramic at the bottom of the basin will become stained with rust. To remove rust, add a suitable amount of salt to an equal amount of vinegar, heat and stir, then use a soft cloth to apply the salt and vinegar solution to the rust stains for about 30 minutes, and then scrub with a rough cloth.
