One. Inspect the purchased water tank products
Before installation, it is essential to verify the water tank product list and ensure that all parts are present inside the water tank.
Observe the outer packaging for any signs of damage or crushing.
Check if the water components inside the tank are securely fastened and free from damage.
II. Steps for installing the toilet tank
1. Before replacing the water tank, first prepare a measuring tape. Then, use the tape measure to measure the dimensions of the existing drain tank and the wall's installation height. Mark the positions with a marker and insert expansion plugs, then screw in self-tapping screws.
2. Next, assemble the drainage pipes. First, connect the two straight pipes, then connect the curved pipes. once all the pipes are connected, install the assembled pipes in the original pipe location. Apply a layer of silicone sealant to the outer edge where the pipe contacts the toilet inlet, then insert the inlet pipe into the sealant and ensure a tight seal to prevent leaks. When renovating, install the necessary drainage pipes according to the specifications of the installed products, and pre-mark the location of the pipes at appropriate distances from the wall. Also, determine the distance of the outlet pipe from the floor.
3. After connecting the two straight pipes and the curved pipe, align the water tank with the pre-installed screws and hang the water tank on the wall.
4、Before connecting the hose and water tank, first open the water valve to release water and allow the high-pressure water to flush away any mortar or debris that may be present in the pipes, preventing blockage of the water inlet valve and affecting water flow.
5、After rinsing the hose, connect it to the inlet port on the outside of the water tank and tighten it.
6. After completing the water pipe connections, open the angle valve to perform a trial run. Operate the drain button to drain the water and simultaneously check for any leaks at the connections. If any issues are detected, address them promptly and refer to the drain tank's instruction manual for reinstallation.
