One. Installation method for shower enclosures
1、Pre-installation preparation
Inspect the packaging to ensure it is complete. After opening, verify that all components are present. Gather the necessary tools for shower enclosure installation and keep them organized for easy access.
2、Install the basin
Assemble the base and basin components, adjust the basin to ensure a level surface and prevent water accumulation inside and at the bottom of the basin. The flexible hose can be extended or retracted as needed to securely connect the basin bottom to the drain.

7、Securing the glass
Secure the glass clamps to the recessed holes in the base, ensuring the flat or curved glass bottom sits within the glass clamp channel. Then, gently slide the wall-mounted aluminum profile into position. Finally, fix it with screws.
8、Install overhead pipes
Locate and drill the corresponding hole above the glass, install the (straight/angled) fixing seat, and connect the top pipe. Use a bent pipe to secure it to the top of the glass.
9、Install shelving units
Accurately position and install shelves, tighten shelf mounting screws, and secure shelf glass. Maintain vertical and horizontal alignment. Ensure waterproofing is applied beneath the aluminum material where the glass is fixed.
10、Install operable doors
Install the hardware for the swinging door, and insert the hinges into the pre-drilled holes in the fixed door. After installation, adjust the hinges' axis position to achieve the optimal closing feel.
II. Installation Precautions for Shower Enclosures
1、Ensure proper waterproofing.
Install the drain or water barrier strip according to the instructions on the shower enclosure glass, either on the side or underneath. Seal the aluminum with the wall and the glass with the basin using silicone sealant.
2、Testing and tightening
Inspect all parts of the shower enclosure to ensure comfortable and smooth operation. Address any issues promptly. once adjustments are made, tighten all screws to ensure the entire shower enclosure is securely fastened.
3、Final finishing work
Insert the decorative aluminum profiles into the wall cladding profiles to ensure a neat and elegant appearance. Finally, wipe down the entire shower enclosure with a cloth.
