1、Installation height for radiators in bedrooms/living rooms
The first type has a distance of 200mm between the bottom of the radiator and the ground, which requires a floor-mounted installation. The second type has a distance of 350mm between the bottom of the radiator and the ground, which is typically wall-mounted. This means it is mounted on the wall below the window.
2、Installation height for kitchen, bathroom, and heating systems.
For radiators installed in kitchens and bathrooms, the standard installation height is 1500mm below the bottom edge of the radiator. This ensures that the radiator does not interfere with the placement of appliances such as washing machines or refrigerators.

1、On-site inspection
Typically, surveyors will visit the property to conduct an initial assessment, measuring the area, selecting installation locations, and inspecting water quality. based on this information, they will develop an installation plan and oversee the production and installation process.
2、Mark and cut out the required areas.
For homes without heating systems, it is necessary to apply pressure and create channels on the walls and floors. First, plan the layout of the pipe routes, and then cut channels along the pre-determined routes.
3、Install piping
Lay out the heating pipe materials along the cut sections, and install slots during the laying process. If modifying an existing system, perform the necessary changes to the existing pipes at this stage.
4、Pipe Connections
Connect, weld, and install drainage collectors for all laid pipes.
5、Compression testing
Test the pressure resistance of the pipelines to ensure that the entire heating system will not leak or crack during operation.
6、Valve Installation
Install temperature control valves in the inlet and outlet to allow for independent temperature adjustment within the room.
7、Install accessories
Drill holes in the wall, insert expansion anchors, and install hooks for easy attachment of the radiator.
8、Radiator Installation
After painting the walls or applying wallpaper, install the radiators to prevent damage to the radiators from the paint.
9、Compression testing
Test the bearing capacity of the system for water flow to prevent leaks during use.
10、Radiator System Acceptance
After confirming the entire heating system, the user signs off on the acceptance.
