One. Process for concealed heating equipment installation
1. On-site Inspection: Measurement professionals typically visit the site beforehand to conduct a preliminary assessment of the property. This includes measuring the area, selecting installation locations, and inspecting water quality, as well as developing an installation plan based on the findings. This plan is then used for production and installation.
2、Marking and Cutting: For homes without heating systems, it is necessary to press and cut grooves into the walls and floors. First, plan the layout of the pipes, and then cut along the planned lines.
3. Install Piping: Lay out the heating pipes along the cut sections, and create slots for secure placement. If modifying an existing system, any necessary changes to the existing piping should also be made at this stage.
4、Pipe Connections: Connect and weld all laid pipes, and install settling pits.
5、Pressure Testing: Test the pressure resistance of the pipelines to ensure that the entire heating system does not leak or crack during use.
6、Valve Installation: Install temperature control valves in the inlet and outlet pipes to allow for independent temperature adjustment of each room.
7、Install accessories: Drill holes in the wall, insert expansion nails, and install hooks for easy attachment of the heating system.
8、Radiator Installation: Install the radiators after the walls have been painted or the wallpaper has been applied, to prevent damage to the radiators from the paint or wallpaper.
9、Pressure testing: To test the water pressure capacity of the heating system, preventing water leakage or other issues during use.
10、Heating system inspection：User confirms the heating system is functioning correctly.，Sign off on acceptance。
