One. Working principle of wall-mounted heating systems
When the wall-hung furnace ignition switch is activated, the fan starts first to create a negative pressure in the combustion chamber. The airflow switch sends a command to the water pump, which starts, and then the water flow switch sends a command to the high-pressure gas valve, which starts, and then the gas proportioning valve starts. The gas proportioning valve and airflow switch, as well as the flue gas sensor, are in a chain control system. The combustion chamber needs to maintain a certain negative pressure for the gas proportioning valve to operate. When the flue gas sensor detects no exhaust gas for 5 seconds, it cuts off the gas proportioning valve, stopping the gas supply, thereby ensuring safe gas use.
