One, Installation method for electric heating furnace

1、Open installation

Open-type installations for electric heaters have relatively low requirements for internal components. Typically, the main components include the main board and heating elements. This installation method is simple and the machines are relatively inexpensive. Although open-type installations have a lower cost, they are prone to water scale formation and can lead to quality issues over time. Suitable for installation in rental properties, temporary structures, and construction sites.

2、Enclosed Installation

Tight installation requires strict quality control for internal components, and the internal structure is also complex, increasing the complexity of installing components such as integrated valves, pressure relief valves, and circulating pumps. However, electric heating furnaces with tight installation not only look high-end and luxurious, but also prevent the formation of scale during use, significantly increasing the lifespan of the equipment. This type of installation is particularly suitable for home use.

II. important Considerations for Electrical Heating Installation

1、When installing electric underfloor heating systems, it is recommended to engage experienced professional technicians for proper system design. Aim for short, wide, and minimal pipe runs, with the shortest possible pipe length, largest possible pipe diameter, and fewest resistance points (bends, valves, etc.). The return pipe should also be as close as possible to the heating unit.

2、Stoves shall not be installed in bedrooms or rooms adjacent to bedrooms. All horizontal pipes shall be installed with a slope of 1:100. The stove shall be placed at the lowest level, with the exhaust pipe at the highest setting. The system shall not store any gas.

3. The main pipe, air box, and vent pipe must not be fitted with any type of valves. The automatic air vent valve must be at least 30cm above the water tank. The exposed parts of the system must be insulated to prevent freezing. The system must always be in direct contact with the atmosphere.

4、Install valves on each radiator loop to allow temperature adjustment, but do not use shut-off valves. A drain valve can be installed at the lowest point of the system. The chimney should be as straight as possible and should not have any unnecessary bends to ensure proper functionality. If possible, the chimney can be insulated to prevent condensation and corrosion of the appliance.

5. When installing underfloor heating, or when the system's circulation resistance is excessive due to excessively long or narrow pipes, or uneven installation, a circulation pump should be used. The pump should be installed at the inlet, and the pressure head should not exceed 0.1 MPa.
