One. Installation method for air source heat pump.
First, determine the location for the air-to-water heating system, then fix the position of the water tank. Next, connect the water pipes and the water inlet valve, and then determine the location of the outdoor unit of the air-to-water heating system and connect the unit's water pipes. After that, the system can be used. Although the installation of an air-to-water heating system may be slightly more complex, following the correct procedure makes it relatively easy.
Two. important considerations for installing air-source heat pumps

1、Installation location
The first thing to check is the installation location. The preferred location for installing an air-to-water heating system is outdoors, such as on a balcony. It can also be placed in bathrooms, air conditioning areas, on roofs, and in living rooms. However, air-to-water heating systems generate some noise during operation. If installed indoors, this noise may affect daily life.
2、Installation Environment
The air-source heat pump system unit should have adequate space around it to prevent airflow obstruction and facilitate maintenance and operation. The distance between the unit and the water tank should not exceed 5M, and the unit's installation height should be higher than the water tank. Additionally, the controller should be installed in a dry location and proper measures should be taken to prevent moisture, as this can cause damage during normal use.
3、Pipe Layout
Prior to installation, it is essential to maintain the proper arrangement of inlet and outlet pipes for water, minimizing their length and preventing exposure. Exposing the water pipes in an air-based hot water heating system can not only be unsightly but also negatively impact winter insulation and potentially lead to freezing and cracking. If exposure is unavoidable, ensure the pipes are wrapped with insulation.
