One. Leveling the floor
There are two methods for leveling the floor: the traditional method of leveling existing concrete and mortar, and the increasingly popular self-leveling cement method. Users can choose the appropriate leveling method based on their specific needs.
Two. Laying insulation boards

Currently, the most commonly used insulation boards are polystyrene insulation boards. These boards offer excellent thermal insulation, high compressive strength, water and moisture resistance, and are lightweight and easy to use.
III. Laying of geothermal reflective film
Geothermal reflective film is a type of material used in electric underfloor heating systems. It is typically made from materials such as vacuum-coated aluminum film, polyester film, and fiberglass, and its primary function in electric underfloor heating is to prevent heat loss from the ground, ensuring a constant indoor temperature.
IV. Laying of mesh
The electric underfloor heating mesh is made of low-carbon steel wire welded together, characterized by smooth mesh surface, strong welds, and uniform mesh holes. The mesh in electric underfloor heating enhances the overall strength of the insulation board, facilitating the installation and fixing of heating pipes.
V. Cable Laying
Starting from the power connection end, lay the heating cable evenly on the metal mesh according to the pre-designed layout. Secure the cable with appropriate fastening methods. Subsequently, cover the geothermal cable with concrete and install flooring materials such as tiles, completing the installation of the underfloor heating system.
