One、Installation process for heating equipment
1、Radiator system
1. Locate → Cut channel for main conduit → Install main conduit → Pressure test main conduit → Bury main conduit → Install radiators and equipment → Commence operation.
2、Underfloor Heating System
Locate → Cut openings for main/branch pipes and control lines → Lay out main/control pipes → Install main/control pipe fittings → Test pressure on main pipes → Bury pipes → Lay out underfloor heating pipes → Test pressure on underfloor heating pipes → Install main equipment/controller → System debugging → Hand over for use.
II. Acceptance Standards for Heating Equipment Installation
1、Acceptance process
The construction company organizes a cold-state acceptance involving the heating supply unit → Upon successful cold-state acceptance, a hot-state commissioning agreement is signed → The heating department and the heating supply unit conduct a re-inspection and record it on-site → Hot-state commissioning → Signing of the heating contract → Implementation of heating supply.
2、Materials required for acceptance
- Heat supply agreement,- Heat supply construction contract,- Material inspection certificate,- Building energy efficiency acceptance certificate,- System washing and pressure test records,- As-built drawings and completion report.
3、Standard for installation of entry devices inside the building
The entrance device must be designed for individual control.
The thermal meters should be selected from those with data transmission capabilities, featuring ultrasonic technology, with a precision level of 2, a lifespan of 8 years or more, and have passed inspection and certification by provincial-level or higher quality and technical supervision inspection agencies.
The entrance device should be installed within an outdoor, lockable pipe well or a dedicated enclosure. The entrance device should be installed and arranged in a way that allows for easy access for overruns, adjustments, and maintenance/repair work.
4、Joint Trial Run and Debugging Testing Items
The temperature should not be lower than the designed calculation temperature by 2℃ in winter, and should not exceed 1℃; and should not exceed 2℃ in summer, and should not exceed 1℃.
The hydraulic temperature of the hot water system's external piping network should be between 0.9 and 1.2.
The water supply rate of the heating system should be less than or equal to 0.5%.
The heat transfer efficiency of the external pipeline network should be greater than or equal to 0.92.
