One. Steps for installing heating elements.
1、Before releasing water, make sure to close both the water inlet and outlet valves inside the pipe, otherwise, the water you release will not be the water inside the radiator, but almost the entire building's water. If the operation is not done properly, you may be flooded with water.

2. When draining the water, be prepared with containers such as buckets, and a large wrench. First, start with the radiator in the bathroom. Using the wrench, slowly loosen the valve at the bottom of the radiator. Initially, do not open it fully. once the water flow decreases, continue to loosen the valve with the wrench until it is completely removed. Finally, drain all the water from the radiator.
3. Using the same method, drain the remaining water from the radiators. After draining the water, the work is not complete, as there may still be residual water. It is recommended to use a blower pump to proceed with the next step, connecting the blower pump's nozzle to the threaded port at the top of the radiator. Use the blower pump to thoroughly dry the water inside the radiator. This completes the draining process.
Two. When should radiators be filled with water?
Due to certain reasons, if your radiators are not used for several years or even longer, it is recommended that you drain the water from the radiators and ensure it is completely drained, otherwise there is a risk that the radiators will rust and become unusable.
If radiators are not used for an extended period, they will accumulate stagnant water, which will exacerbate the corrosion of the radiator. The rate of radiator corrosion will also increase over time. Anyone who has removed and left a radiator unused for several years will notice that the inner walls of the radiator will gradually detach, revealing layers of rust. Therefore, when radiators in a home are not used for several years due to some reason, it is necessary to drain the water from the radiators and ensure they are completely dry.
