How long does stone adhesive last?
1、The service life of stone adhesives can typically range from 4 to 5 years, depending on the actual environment and the quality of the stone adhesive. If the initial environment is poor, the service life of the stone adhesive may only be around 2 years. In good environments, normal service life can reach 5 years.
2. When using stone adhesive, it is crucial to pay close attention to the mixing ratio to achieve optimal results. Exceeding the specified ratio can lead to rapid solidification of the adhesive, preventing proper bonding and potentially causing detachment.
How long does stone adhesive take to fully cure?
The setting time of stone adhesive is related to the following factors:
1、Ambient temperature (ideally around 25 degrees Celsius);
2、Humidity (higher humidity makes it easier to solidify);
3、Colloidal thickness（The thinner, the easier to solidify.）
For typical seams, complete curing can usually be achieved within 2 days in the summer.

1、Before construction, it is essential to thoroughly inspect the substrate conditions.
2. The application temperature should be between 5°C and 40°C.
3. During summer construction, if the substrate temperature is too high (≥40℃), it is necessary to first moisten the substrate with water to prevent the adhesive from drying out too quickly and affecting the construction quality.
4. It is strictly prohibited to add water to already hardened adhesive and mix it before use.
5. After construction, the surface of the panel can be cleaned with a damp cloth approximately 1-2 hours after application.
6. If the work is carried out on the ground, it is not permitted to enter the area until 24 hours after completion of the work.
