1、When nano-silicone waterproof adhesive is combined with ordinary silicate cement, it can be used as a JS composite waterproof coating, exhibiting excellent waterproofing performance, strong adhesion, good elasticity, and low cost.
2. The mixing ratio for nano-silicone waterproof adhesive: cement should be 1:1 to 2. If the mixture feels too thick, add water to dilute it as needed. It is recommended to use mechanical mixing. If manual mixing is used, it must be thorough to avoid the formation of lumps and air bubbles, which can cause construction defects. The application should be done in 3 to 5 layers, with each layer applied after the previous layer has dried and become non-sticky.
3. Weight ratio of the base coating: liquid material: cement: water = 10:10:10, total liquid material usage is approximately 0.5 kg/㎡. The ratio of the lower, middle, and upper layers, measured by weight, is: liquid material: cement: water = 10:10～20:0～1, and the total liquid material usage per layer is approximately 1 kg/㎡. In the specified range of water addition, apply less or no water when constructing slopes, ceilings, or walls, and apply more water when constructing flat surfaces. The total liquid material usage per square meter is 3～4 kg, and the construction thickness is 1.5～2mm.
