1、PPC pipes are essentially the same as PPC pipes, and are made from cross-linked polyethylene materials. PPC pipes are one type of cold water and hot water pipe, and are relatively inexpensive. They do not have a significant difference in pressure and temperature resistance compared to PPR pipes. PVC pipes, also known as rigid polyvinyl chloride, are more suitable for plastic pipe applications. Their market share is larger than that of PE and PPR pipes.
2、"PPC board" generally refers to PPC synthetic resin tiles, PPC light-transmitting tiles, PPC wave tiles, and PPC Durability tiles. PVC boards are made from PVC and are vacuum-formed films. Therefore, these two types also have differences.
3. Different Colors: PVC pipes come in a variety of colors, including transparent, ivory, beige, light gray, and dark gray, among others. PPC materials, on the other hand, are typically more uniform, with common colors such as pure white, light gray, and primary colors. PPC materials cannot be made transparent.
4、Weight Differences: PVC boards have a higher density than PPC boards, so PVC is generally heavier and PPC is lighter.
5、Different acid and alkali resistance: PPC pipes have better acid and alkali resistance compared to PVC pipes. PVC pipes are relatively brittle and hard, and can withstand UV radiation and various climate changes for a long time without easily burning. However, PPC pipes cannot withstand UV radiation, and their color will change if exposed to sunlight for a long time.
