Due to the necessity of electrostatic flooring testing to ensure project quality and acceptance, the required action after installation is project testing, not testing of the flooring samples. Furthermore, many companies now require third-party inspection reports to be provided, which demonstrate that the electrostatic flooring has been installed in accordance with relevant regulations.
II. Standards for Static-Dissipative Flooring Inspection
1. The types, specifications, and technical performance of anti-static flooring must comply with design requirements, construction specifications, and relevant national standards.
2、The floor surface is free of scratches and coating detachment, and the edges are intact.
3. Clean the floor surface, removing dust and debris. The pattern should be clear, the colors consistent, and the joints uniform. The edges should be straight, and there should be no cracks, chipped edges, or uneven surfaces.
4、The materials and dimensions used for joining adjacent layers according to design requirements and construction specifications are correct, and the edges and corners are neat and smooth.
5、After installation, the flooring should be stable and firm. People walking on it should not experience any swaying or noise.
6、The edges of anti-static flooring should be kept in a straight line, with adjacent flooring offset by no more than 1mm.
