Anti-static flooringGround insertion installation method
The standard installation method for anti-static flooring ground sockets typically involves installing the socket directly onto the floor.
1、Installing the steel box for floor socket outlets.
Steel box positioning: According to the construction drawings, drill square holes in the antistatic flooring panels where the ground outlets need to be installed. The hole size should be 5mm larger than the actual external dimensions of the steel box.

Installation Depth: To ensure good contact between the cover and the floor, the upper surface of the steel base box should be 3-5mm below the floor surface. The installation depth can be adjusted for different thicknesses of anti-static flooring by adding or removing shims between the installation bend of the steel base box and the bottom surface of the anti-static flooring.
Securing Steel Boxes: Remove the knockout holes from the steel box and connect them with a flexible conduit. Then, use self-tapping screws to fix the bent corners of the steel box to the antistatic floor.
2、Installation of outlet covers on the floor
Clean the site: First, thoroughly clean and wipe the area around the ESD floor opening.
Grounding: When installing ground outlets with electrical outlets, the grounding connection of the cover must be reliably connected to the steel box.
Fastening: Secure the cover to the steel base with screws.
