1、During acceptance, the edges of the anti-static PVC flooring should remain in a straight line, with adjacent anti-static flooring offset by no more than 1mm, and no more than 2.5mm within a 6-meter span.

2. The overall flatness of the entire anti-static PVC flooring should meet the following requirements: no more than 1.5mm within a 9 square meter area, and the overall flatness should not exceed 2.5mm.

3. The overall anti-static PVC flooring should be stable and secure, ensuring the safety of future use. People walking on it should not experience any swaying, and there should be no sounds generated due to friction between independent anti-static flooring sections.

4. The gaps between two adjacent anti-static PVC flooring pieces should not exceed 1.0mm, which ensures that the flooring's performance is fully utilized. The height difference between the adjoining areas of two adjacent anti-static flooring pieces should not exceed 0.75mm.

5. The substrate must be kept clean, free of dust and debris, and without scratches or peeling coatings. The surface of any suspended anti-static flooring below the anti-static floor must also be clean and free of dust and debris.

6. The specific welding methods for anti-static PVC flooring should adhere to the following specifications: Heat welding: Heat welding should use professional flooring welding tools to ensure the welding of the flooring, achieving the ideal laying effect. Cold welding of PVC: Used for welding joints on floors and wall coverings with PVC properties, such as wallpaper.

Two. Acceptance of the quality of PVC anti-static flooring installation.

1、The grounding-resistant polyvinyl chloride (PVC) flooring detection instruments should meet the requirements specified in "Common Detection Instruments" as outlined in National Standard No. 3.5.1.

2. Test Environment: Temperature should be between 15-30℃; relative humidity should be less than 70%.

3. The surface resistance and system resistance of anti-static PVC flooring should be measured using the following methods:

① Measurement of Surface Resistance: The entire antistatic floor should be divided into measurement areas of 2–4 m². Randomly select 30%–50% of the measurement areas. Place two electrodes on the surface of the panel, with a distance of 900 mm between them, and ensure good contact between the electrodes and the panel surface. In each selected 2–4 m² area, 4–8 readings should be taken and recorded.

② Measurement of System Resistance: Randomly select several points in the area nearest each grounding terminal, ensuring one electrode makes good contact with the panel surface and the other is connected to the grounding terminal. Measure the system resistance and record the value.

③ The quality assessment methods should be implemented according to the requirements of "Sampling Procedures and Tables for Batch Inspection and Sampling," GB2828.

4、Electrical performance indicators should meet the following requirements:

① Requires a surface resistance and system resistance value of less than 1.0 × 106 Ω for antistatic properties.

② Requirements for materials with static dissipation properties: their surface resistance and system resistance values shall be between 1.0×106 and 1.0×109 Ω.

③ The system's earth resistance value should meet the design requirements.

5. Appearance performance should meet the following requirements: There should be no blisters, layering, or cracking; no obvious unevenness; no obvious scratches; and no significant color variations.

6. The unit responsible for testing anti-static polyvinyl chloride (PVC) flooring shall be a reputable and authorized testing agency with the necessary qualifications to issue test reports.
