One、What is seamless wallpaper?
Seamless wallpaper is a type of wallpaper, also known as seamless wall covering. It is a new type of wallpaper that has been developed in China in recent years. It is designed according to the height of indoor walls and can be applied to entire walls according to the perimeter of the indoor walls. Generally, wallpaper with a width of 2.7 meters to 3.1 meters is considered seamless wallpaper. Common heights include 2.75 meters, 2.8 meters, 2.9 meters, 3 meters, and 3.2 meters.
Seamless wall coverings achieve "seamlessness" through complete application. The size can be customized based on the room perimeter, and the wall covering width must be greater than or equal to the room height. A single piece is applied to one room without any cutting or joining. These features include: seamless application, strong three-dimensional effect, excellent hand feel, decorative effect, water resistance, oil resistance, stain resistance, dust resistance, anti-static properties, and resistance to cracking, as well as easy maintenance.
Two. What are the materials used for seamless wall coverings?
1、Non-woven wall covering
Utilizing natural fibers such as cotton and linen, or synthetic fibers such as polyester and nylon, which are formed through non-woven technology, coated with resin, and printed with colorful patterns. These non-woven wall coverings exhibit vibrant colors, a smooth surface, elasticity, and crispness, are resistant to breakage and aging, are non-irritating to the skin, possess good breathability and moisture resistance, and can be washed without fading.
2、Glass fiber printed wall covering
The substrate is a medium-alkali glass fiber fabric, coated with a wear-resistant resin on the surface and printed with colorful patterns. It features a variety of colors, vibrant and fade-resistant, resistant to aging, good fire resistance, excellent moisture resistance, and is washable. However, it is prone to breakage and deterioration. After the coating is worn, the released glass fibers can irritate human skin.
3、Cotton-based decorative wall covering
It is manufactured by processing pure cotton fabric through treatment, printing, and coating. It exhibits high strength, low static electricity, low creep deformation, is non-reflective, has excellent sound absorption properties, is non-toxic and odorless, breathable, and has excellent sound absorption.
