One、ⅠClass Weather-Resistant and Boiling Water-Resistant Plywood

Usage and performance of adhesives and products:- Durable, resistant to boiling or steam treatment, and with antibacterial properties. Made from phenolic resins or other high-quality synthetic resins with equivalent properties.

Applications:Suitable for applications in aviation, marine, transportation, packaging, concrete formwork, water engineering, and other areas requiring high water resistance and weather resistance.

II-Class Moisture-Resistant Plywood

Usage and Performance of Adhesives and Products:- Can be immersed in cold water, withstand short-term hot water immersion, and possesses antibacterial properties, but is not resistant to boiling.- Made from urea-formaldehyde resin or other equivalent adhesives.

Applications:Used for vehicles, ships, furniture, interior decoration, and packaging.

III Class Moisture-Resistant Plywood

Usage and Performance of Adhesives and Products:Can withstand short-term immersion in cold water and is suitable for use in indoor normal conditions. It is manufactured using urea-formaldehyde resin, blood glue, or other adhesives with similar properties and low resin content.

Applications:Suitable for furniture, packaging, and general construction applications.

IV. Unsuitable for humid environments when using jointed plywood.

Using adhesive and product performance:- Suitable for normal indoor use, exhibiting a certain degree of bonding strength.- Bonded using a bonding agent, such as bean glue or other equivalent bonding agents.

Applications:- Primarily used for packaging and general applications. Tea boxes require bonding with bean-based plywood.
