One. Can I install soft wood flooring myself?
If you have strong DIY skills, you can install the soft wood flooring yourself. However, it's important to remember that flooring quality is approximately 70% and installation accounts for the remaining 30%. Therefore, if you are aiming for a perfect result, it's recommended to hire qualified professionals for the installation and operation.

II. How to install soft wood flooring yourself
1. The ground must be clean, dry, stable, and level. Before installation, any non-compliant areas (with a height difference of no more than 3 mm per square meter) must be repaired. Uneven ground can cause the flooring to feel unstable when stepped on, and in severe cases, can lead to increased gaps and damage.
2、Maintain a gap of not less than 13mm between the door and the floor, ensuring that the door can open and close normally without rubbing against the floor.
3. When applying to existing floor finishes, it is essential to ensure that the original floor material does not undergo any deformation. Any resulting issues will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. During other renovations, do not fix or fill the surrounding expansion joints of the floor, to ensure the normal floating and expansion of the floor.
5. Customers installing geothermal heating systems should ensure that the indoor humidity remains between 40% and 60% during operation and avoid sudden increases or decreases in humidity. Prior to installation, the ground should be preheated for 2-7 days until all moisture has evaporated.
6、 The continuous length of flooring installation shall not exceed 11 meters. For sections exceeding 11 meters, transition sections must be provided.
