One. Can the heating system be turned on after the wallpaper is applied?
It is not recommended to turn on the heating immediately after applying wallpaper.
The freshly pasted wallpaper is still in the curing period, so it is not possible to turn on the heating. In addition to not being able to turn on the heating, we should also avoid using air conditioners, fans, and other electrical appliances. The correct procedure is to keep the doors and windows closed and allow the wallpaper to dry naturally. Otherwise, the freshly pasted wallpaper may shrink excessively due to the large difference in temperature and humidity, causing the edges to lift or gaps to appear.
Two. How long after applying wallpaper can you turn on the heating?

once the wallpaper has partially dried for approximately 3 days, you can gradually increase the heating. However, it is important to control the temperature, ideally keeping it around 20°C. Excessive or insufficient temperatures can affect the adhesive on the new wallpaper, leading to lifting or gaps at the edges. once the wallpaper is completely dry, you can freely adjust the heating.
Three. How to maintain wallpaper after installation.
1、Ensure timely and secure application.
Immediately after installing wallpaper, the room should be sealed for 2-3 days to allow for proper drying. Rapid ventilation after wallpaper installation can cause the edges to lift and bubble. Additionally, avoid using heating or air conditioning systems to prevent excessive shrinkage and potential tearing.
2、Pay attention to moisture protection.
Maintain a dry indoor environment. During the rainy season, it is essential to keep doors and windows closed to prevent moisture from the outside air from entering the room. Avoid wetting the walls to prevent the appearance of lifting edges and the risk of mold growth.
3. Remove residual adhesive
After the wallpaper has been installed for 3 days, gently wipe away any remaining wallpaper adhesive at the seams using a damp cloth. If stains are present, clean them immediately with a cleaning agent.
4、Promptly repair and clean
Wallpaper is relatively easy to clean, but it is not resistant to damage from blunt impacts. It is important to prevent hard objects from hitting and scratching the walls. If small areas of damage are found, they can be repaired with paint of a similar color or with matching wallpaper. For wallpaper with embossed patterns, vacuum once every 2-3 months. Be careful not to allow water to seep into the seams. For non-embossed wallpaper, simply clean with a feather duster.
