One, what is the foaming wallpaper manufacturing process?
Foam-based wallpaper consists of a paper substrate with a coating of 300-400 K/㎡ PVC-based adhesive resin containing a foaming agent, which is then printed and heated to create a foamed texture.
"Foaming," also known as mesh-patterned foam, refers to the process of adding a foaming agent to the raw materials, followed by high-temperature treatment during production, which causes the foaming agent to undergo a similar "fermentation" process. The resulting wallpaper will have a textured, soft feel.
II. How to apply self-adhesive foam wallpaper yourself

1、Remove dust
Use a brush to clean the wall surface of dust, preparing it for subsequent application of the foam wallpaper. Dust can significantly affect the quality of the work.
2、Measure
Measure the wall height using a measuring tape, and apply the putty powder vertically from top to bottom. After applying, cut to the desired length.
3. Cutting
When cutting acoustic wall covering, allow for 2-3 centimeters of extra length to provide a margin for trimming corners. Accurately measure the desired dimensions and use a ruler and blade to cut the material.
4、Adhesive application
When applying, start from one side of the wall and apply in a single direction. After applying the paper, use a scraper to apply horizontally from one side to the other, expelling the air underneath. This ensures even adhesion. When separating the paper, use larger sheets to avoid trapping air bubbles during the air-expelling process.
5、Edge pressing
Apply in one direction, with the second sheet pressing against the first sheet to create a cushioned wall covering. Use a scraper to smooth the edges slowly and carefully.
6、Trimming
After adhering the expanded wallpaper, the edges need to be trimmed. once the edges are leveled with a spacer, use a wallpaper cutter to trim them evenly.
