One. What causes the peeling of plywood?
1、The moisture content of the individual boards is too high or the drying is uneven.
2、Excessive adhesive application.
3、Excessive pressure reduction rate or excessively high hot pressing temperature.

4、Insufficient resin curing.
5、Insufficient pressing time.
Two. How to handle peeling on plywood.
If the finished plywood is peeling, for minor cases, you can bend and break off the peeling section of a single panel. Use a small knife to carefully cut an opening and fill it with a small amount of resin adhesive, then use cold pressing or hot pressing to firmly bond it.
If the plywood peels during the manufacturing process, it should be returned to the furnace for reprocessing. Please pay attention to the following points:
1、Maintain the moisture content of the single board within the range of 8-12%.
2. Ensure the amount of adhesive applied meets the requirements of the process.
3、The speed of the second stage of pressure reduction should be slow, and the hot pressing temperature should be appropriately reduced.
4. Inspect the resin quality.
5、Extend the hot pressing time as needed.
