One, Classification of anti-theft door lock cores

1、Grade A anti-theft door lock core

A-grade anti-theft lock cores are significantly different from standard anti-theft locks, which primarily use a one-key and a cross-key. The internal structure is relatively simple, and variations mainly lie in the design of the shims. These lock cores have a very high compatibility rate. The shims are either single-row or cross-shaped.

2、Grade B anti-theft door lock core

B-level anti-theft doors primarily use flat keys and double-row bolt slots. The key difference between B-level and A-level doors is the addition of a series of curved, irregular lines. The locks themselves are available in three types: computer double-row locks, crescent-shaped double-row locks, and double-sided leaf locks. This lock type is a popular choice for many users.

3、High-grade anti-theft door lock core (C-grade)

The security level of this ultra-high-grade anti-theft door lock is relatively high. It features both internal and external milling slots, and uses a side-bar lock mechanism. The internal structure also includes a V-shaped side bar for locking two parallel leaf plates, which significantly enhances the anti-theft performance. However, if the lock is forced open using a tool, the internal structure will be damaged, causing a self-locking mechanism and preventing further operation. This type of anti-theft door lock is commonly used on villa doors.

Two, Is a C-level anti-theft door lock better than a B-level one?

C-level anti-theft door lock cores are generally categorized into three levels: A, B, and Super B (also known as C). According to the "National Mechanical Lock Standard," anti-theft door lock cores are classified as A and B levels. Super B is an enhanced version of B, developed by entrepreneurs, and is often referred to as C-level. However, the standard only specifies locks and B-level locks, and does not mention C-level locks. Therefore, any "C-level" locks currently available on the market that meet the basic requirements of B-level locks should be considered as "B-level" locks.
