III. Applications of Wood Panels
Veneer plywood can be used for structural sheathing, furniture manufacturing, doors and window frames, partitions, false walls, radiator covers, curtain box doors, and wall panels. It exhibits superior water and moisture resistance compared to particleboard and medium-density fiberboard.
Furniture and other wooden products made from large-core panels require two processes: gluing and painting. This results in higher production costs. Large-core panels are classified by thickness, available in 3, 5, and 9mm options. The choice of thickness depends on the required load-bearing capacity and strength, with thicker panels being more expensive.
