II. Prohibited Installation Locations for Radiators
1、In areas with limited access
Regardless of whether your home is a large or small apartment, it is not recommended to install radiators near corners. Radiators require continuous heating and circulation of air from all directions. Installing them near corners will prevent proper operation and directly affect the heating temperature.
2、Area behind the door
Some people find that radiators detract from the aesthetics of a room and choose to install them behind doors to conceal them. While installing radiators near doors is a common preference, installing them behind doors can restrict airflow during heating, leading to lower temperatures.
3、Near large furniture
For example, installing radiators near beds and sofas can be affected if these large furniture items obstruct the radiators, which will reduce heat dissipation. This is especially true for homes with long curtains, which can cover the radiators and prevent them from functioning properly.
4、Entrance foyer area
Installing radiators in the entryway can enhance the aesthetics of the space, but due to the limited space, the heat generated by the radiators cannot effectively circulate to other areas, resulting in a lack of warmth.
