1、Surface Cleaning: Use a specialized scraper to remove protruding objects such as stone, paint, and hardened cement from the surface. Also, vacuum the substrate to remove dust and debris, ensuring a clean surface.
2、Surface Repair: Identify and meticulously repair any existing surface defects to ensure a smooth and even finish.
3. Use a grinding machine to finely grind the floor and remove any surface imperfections, ensuring precise flatness with an error tolerance of no more than 2.0 mm relative to the surrounding surfaces.
4、Provide protection for furniture edges that may come into contact with the facade.
5. Apply interface treatment agent: Roll apply the interface treatment agent, first apply it manually to the wall corners. This is the best bonding agent between the original ground and the self-leveling cement, ensuring a tight and secure bond between the substrate and the self-leveling cement, and providing some moisture protection.
6. When mixing self-leveling cement, it is essential to use professional tools to ensure the cement is thoroughly mixed and finely dispersed under the rotating force of the mixer.
7、Spread Self-Leveling Cement: After the cement is mixed, it should be poured into the construction site as soon as possible. The self-leveling cement should be spread in a windless environment, and the trowel should be used to uniformly control the thickness of the self-leveling cement to 2.0-3.0 millimeters.
8、After self-leveling cement has been air-dried, it should be immediately processed with an air-releasing roller to remove trapped air. Construction personnel must wear spiked shoes to increase the strength and quality of the self-leveling cement.
9. Grind and vacuum self-leveling cement to remove any burrs or minor unevenness on the surface of the self-leveling cement. This prepares the surface for further fine leveling and vacuuming to ensure a clean surface before applying the adhesive.
10、 Apply a professional, water-based, environmentally friendly adhesive, first applying it by hand to the corners, and then rolling it onto the surface. This adhesive is compatible with the water-based, environmentally friendly adhesive used for bonding soft wood flooring, ensuring that the floor and flooring form a complete and seamless connection. This effectively prevents cracking, warping, and bubbling of the flooring.
11、Mark and install according to the planned line, laying the material from the center outwards towards both sides to achieve a perfect finish and minimize waste. No expansion joints are required between the wall and the substrate.

13. After applying the dedicated wood floor coating, apply a second coat of wood floor coating using a roller, which further enhances the wear and water resistance of the floor surface.
Two. important installation considerations for soft wood flooring.
1、The installation of soft wood flooring must strictly comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 20238-2006 "Code for laying, acceptance and use of wood flooring".
2、Flooring installation should be carried out after the completion and acceptance of ground concealment works, suspended ceiling works, wall works, and electrical and plumbing works.
3. The indoor ambient temperature should be 10°C or above. There should be no cross-construction activities on the installation site, and there should be no special construction restrictions.
4、Ground surface requirements: Clean, dry, level, and stable. Clean: meaning no loose soil or obvious construction waste; Dry: indicating that the ground moisture content should be less than 20%, and there should be no wet or leaking areas; Level: checking the ground levelness with a 2M gauge, the maximum chord height of the gauge should be ≤3mm; Stable: solid foundation, no loosening, the ground foundation strength and thickness should meet the requirements specified in the building acceptance regulations.
5、Corner Allowance: For self-leveling soft wood flooring, the finished height is 3mm, and the flooring height is 4mm, for a total of 7mm. Customers should ensure that the contact portion of the soft wood flooring is higher than the finished flooring height, especially in areas such as door frames, wall corners, and other irregular details, and proper allowance should be made for these areas.
6、Regarding spacing: Adhesively installed soft wood flooring does not require spacing; the entire floor forms a single, continuous surface.
7. Consumption: The consumption of soft wood flooring varies depending on the size, shape, and presence of irregular features (such as plinths or partitions) of the room. Generally, rooms with regular, large shapes have lower consumption, typically below 5%, with a common range of 3-5%. The consumption for rooms with irregular structures may exceed 5%.
