One, should anti-theft doors be filled with grout?
Anti-theft doors require grouting.
We install anti-theft doors in our homes now specifically to prevent theft. Although anti-theft doors are inherently robust, they are prone to issues if not properly sealed. If you pay attention, you'll notice that anti-theft doors without sealant are noisy when closed. Over time, the screws in the anti-theft door can loosen, and the door frame can easily deform. Most importantly, anti-theft doors without sealant are significantly less secure and safe than those with sealant. Sealing the anti-theft door makes the frame stronger and less prone to deformation. The heavier door also increases the anti-theft rating. Furthermore, sealed anti-theft doors offer better insulation and soundproofing, creating a more comfortable indoor environment.

II. How to apply grout to anti-theft doors
Mix the yellow sand cement according to the specified ratio. Then, prepare two halves of two mineral water bottles, two wooden strips smaller than the diameter of the mineral water bottles, a wooden mallet, and a cloth. Pour the mixture into the gap in the security door frame, and frequently tap the frame with the wooden mallet to compact the cement. once full, place the small caps and wipe clean with the cloth.
III. important considerations for grouting anti-theft doors
1、Use a wooden stick to support it: When applying the grout, use a wooden stick to support the door in the middle. Otherwise, the door will not be able to close after the grout has been applied.
2. Filling Height: The filling height for anti-theft doors should not exceed the first screw hole at the bottom of the door frame. Avoid overfilling; excessive filling can be counterproductive and, in severe cases, can cause the door frame to crack.
2、Preventing Cavities: After injecting mortar into security doors, gently tap with a wooden stick to effectively prevent the formation of cavities.
